What shipping methods are available?
For local delivery, we offer 2 types of delivery methods:
Normal mail: Flat rate of $1.50.
Registered mail: $2.25 on top of normal mail.
We strongly recommend registered mail as it comes with a tracking number so you can constantly monitor the status of your parcel online. Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is no one at home when the parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or under your door. You will need to proceed to the post office stated on the card to collect your parcel within 10 days.
For international delivery, we only ship via DHL ecommerce which comes with tracking facility. If you need the item urgently, we can also ship via DHL express. You will have the option to select your shipment method when placing an order.
Absolutely! All international mails will be shipped with tracking number provided.
For local delivery, it will take 3-5 days to be delivered.
For international delivery, it will usually take 5- 10 working days to deliver. Your order will be despatched within 2 working days. Any delays incurred by the courier or custom are beyond our control.
We currently accept payments by credit card via PayPal. Interbank transfer is available for local buyers. You will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order.
To place an order, simply add the items you like to order into your shopping cart. You can then proceed to checkout and make a secure online payment. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order email confirmation.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. We will try our best to accomodate to your request.
No, you don’t need to sign up for an account to place your order but having an account will enable you to review your order history and save your personal information. We do not retain any payment information within your account.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Hence, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 15 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges will be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered or washed and has all original tags attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made to order items.
To return an item, please email us at zepherrahommes@gmail.com and we will guide you on the return process. All refunds will be processed to the same method of payment used when placing your order. Please be aware that your refund will exclude shipping costs originally paid.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply let us know which replacement item you would like. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. Do note that you will have to bear the cost of delivery.
